Okk..Just gonna narrate my day today..

Not extremely super interesting for listeners..

But i find today super duper fulfilling..xDDDD

Went to the California gym for the first time today..

I'M TOTALLY SATISFIED

with the money i paid for the membership..

Apologies for all the complaints i made in the earlier post..

Andi'm really super apologetic towards Jon,

for making him wait for the usual latecomer(ME) for 30min

and not being able to enter the gym as a guest..

Worse still, he kena summon for him motorbike parking..x(

I'm currently too poor to subsidise his summon or

to treat him to any good meal..

BACK TO THE TOPIC!

The lockers, toilets, facilities, lessons and everything are super celeb-like..

I felt super accomplished today

cuz of the amount of exercise and workout i did..

Ran 10min for warmup;

used machines to strengthen abs and tone up my bi/tri-ceps,

inner thighs too..

Not much of machines today..

After which, went for Bodycombat class..

It's like kickboxing..Very fun!!xD

I admit i was kinda slow and the teaching speed was OMG,

but i was able to keep up with most of the moves and steps..xD

The instructor, Suhairi, was hilarious..x)

Had a good sweat and enjoyed a good whole body of muscleaches..xDDD

Oh yea, not forgetting to mention this friend

who accompanied me all these while..xD

JIAYI YOU ROCK!!!XDDDD

She totally owned me for the BodyCombat class..haha..

So I'm more or less satisfied with the money spent..

OH YA!!i love the steambath!!xDDD

It's damn cool!!!!!

I could hardly breathe inside

and i was really overwhelmed by the heat when i first stepped in..

But IT WAS TOO GOOD

after you got used to the temperature..

Both Jiayi and I totally became Lobster princesses

when we "escaped" from fainting inside..xDDD
I'm slowly getting addicted to California..OMG..

ps: I love the towel service and

free hairdryer usage..xD

Tmr i'll be meeting my personal trainer, Lynette

for my first gym official training..

She has probably planned out a programme

of workouts and things to do and maybe diet

for my very few sessions with her to get me started at the gym..

BUT omg..personal trainers earn at least 95bucks per hour..

It's seriously not a joking matter..
